Perhaps different settlements have different features (kinda like how Torchbearer handles downtime)? For instance, almost every town has an Inn and a Temple, but not every town has a Library or a Spa.

Some alchemists, like Merona from Homble, run combo potion shop/bakeries- have some cake and coffee while you wait for your newest batch of bombs!

I was thinking that - its also a good way to give smaller towns a distinct feel from larger, cosmopolitan areas.
DeleteI mean, sure - New Radia has great libraries, shops and even a Chib gambling hall; but good luck finding a quiet field or waterfall to train in.
