Chib Shell is great, as is the Panzer Fist. Is the Flying Claw a Meteor Hammer variant?
I guess the 'claw' element could hint at a grappling hook ability, which I've totally ignored in my sketch.
I added a layout which has Rey's full description.

Yeah, it was Meteor Hammer at first, but I went with the Flying Claw, as the potential grapple hook action was too difficult to resist.

I'd say yes, since you can totally do the more nuanced wrist movements required with the hand not sheathed in iron.Though now I really just want to make a bionic commando-esque grapple gauntlet...
Maybe we need a equipment compatibility matrix!
That sounds like fun, actually. At the very least, it will outline the intent and make it easier for GM's to rule consistently.
