Not sure what aptitude or calling makes sense for this guy (might/grit? - warrior/specialist?)
Can imagine him/her being kitted out in equipment specifically selected for the mission at hand (e.g scuba gear for the submerged temple, fire resistant cloak for the dragons lair).
My favorite of the characters, my goodness.
ReplyDeleteReminds me a bit of the Sprite from Secret of Mana, in the best ways possible.
Also, Specialists have a elective ability that lets them use weapons and armor usually reserved for warriors and such, so it's all good.
ReplyDelete(Something I should note; stealth/sneaky specialist is not assumed, so wearing heavy duds isn't the death knell one might assume)
Cool. Thinking his armour should have multiple modes/functions including: flight, stealth, aquatic, cocoon & ceremony.

ReplyDeleteI think it is mostly the overall round shape of it...
The pineapple shaped/spiked armour is supposed to make the wearer more difficult for predators to swallow - a hazard for smaller adventurers. Don't be alarmed, Inside the shell is a perfectly proportioned chib.
